Milking The Coconut

Me and Jian Wei decided to try something new for dinner tonight; picking out TupTim, a Thai restaurant along Washtenaw. There were curious looks between us when we bumped into John, Serene and Christine who were already there. Don’t get me misunderstood, it was a pleasant surprise to see them; I just sensed that there might have been some not-so-innocent sparks flying around and maybe we were interrupting.

We selected four dishes — white fish and scallops among them — and ended our rather pricey dinner with two good desserts: the Mango with Sweet Rice and Tapioca Pudding. I was silently praising our red and white SSA card for giving us a 10% discount. Heck, might as well have a good meal before the Econ final takes me out tomorrow.
